Scanner have huge pro's and cons for example with a scanner you can get the exact images from paper into digital form but the quality obviously varies, they also provide enough detail and resolution to handle images and photographs also graphics and designs however they decrease in quality and the industries that use them are

A scanner is a device that captures images from photographic prints, magazine pages and programmes used for computer editing and display. Scanners come in hand held devices and there are many types of scanners ones for printing colour and ones for printing solemnly in black and white. Very high resolution scanners are used for scanning high resolution prints and this is also the same for low resolution scanners.

Scanners also come with softwares such as adobe photoshop that lets you edit and resize a programme good for printing and editing.

Graphic tablets

Graphic tablet's have a lot of purpose in today's society as we use them a lot in digital art, a graphics tablet is a hardware input device used mainly by digital artists although everybody can use them, they have a hard plastic touch sensitive drawing face that responds to the stylus, educators use this products for student work, online teachers may also use this product, they’re also good for taking notes.

Graphics tablets are a device that allows artists stereotypically or anybody else to draw and sketch digitally using a pen otherwise known as a stylus.
Graphics tablets are helpful because they provide a more enhanced exquisite precise feel than a standard computer mouse or a pencil for that matter. 

Camera's

Camera's have a lot of use in today's society as well considering they're on a lot of smartphones from one camera to 3 cameras and they are the main tool used stereo typically in photography. A camera ranges from different qualities and they have been around for a long time and they have only proceeded upwards advantaging in the designs from the lenses, upto the memory. One of the pro's with a camera is that the image data can be used on a pc without processing after developing. Also the sensors are modifiable which means a larger sensor also leads to larger pixels.

A camera is a device that captures still images and to record moving images which can then be stored on Memory cards or a digital system. It also has a box that controls the amount of light which reaches a light- sensitive surface inside {film, digital sensor or another surface}
